Our friend Herb Allen is down with a broken leg

Our friend Herb Allen was at the OTMX Nat'l in Az over the weekend. Sounds like he went down yesterday and broke his leg. Surgery last night, installing a little hardwear. Perry Black driving him home tonight. Heal up Herb.

I heard Mike Villa was tearing it up, come to find out it was at Charlie's Steak House and not the track. Go gettem Villa.

He is still in the hospital may get released tomorrow borken tib fib talked to him today he's in good spirits

happened right in front of me on the start, he wound up making a sharp turn to avoid someone and ran into the k rail on the edge of the start. bike went one way and he went over the rail and hit a tree. shook me up enough i didn't ride worth a damn, i thought it would be worse then it is with the way he hit. on another note Jerry Smith from AZ also went down in the 1st moto start {Herbs was on the 2nd moto start} broken ribs and scapula and a contusion on his head.
