There are several spots on your bike that have a nut insert installed. Similar to the one in this picture some are also installed in plastic parts. These nut inserts are easily damaged by corrosion and over-tightening. They can be a pain when they spin in place and prevent you from removing the bolt or screw that threads into them.
You can pay yourself a big favor by putting a bit of anti-seize or grease on the bolt threads that thread into these nut inserts and not over-tightening them.
