Hello Members.

I was just informed that John Agnew went down on the start and, based on the video sent, it looked like he got run over by at least one person. The video is pretty grainy, so it's hard to see. But John sent me a text stating the following injuries: 6 broken ribs, punctured lung and chest tube, bruised kidney and pancreas, and multiple lacerations.

Please keep John in your thoughts. I'll keep you posted as I get more information.

Oh no... Thanks for any updates Mikel...what a bummer , after all it takes to get there and the internal pressure to win a mammoth race.
(Possibly a rider sees another rider starting to fall and continues to gas it, instead of hitting the brakes and runs him over)

Just left his room. He is good and in good spirits. Hoping to get out tomorrow but possibly not until tuesday.
