How does a member gain access?

I've tried the web dude, no luck...

Someone with administrator privileges  has to grant you access to that area. Try sending an message to the board from the home page, that should get to someone that can do it.

FYI - I don't have access to that forum either.......I liked it better when it was an open forum.
