Mechanic Monday ... Tip of the week. Knee braces.

Time for another gear tip. Do you have a pair of knee braces that slowly move down and out of position while you ride? There are a couple of ways to solve this issue but here is the method I found that works very well.

Attach a piece of velcro to the bottom of your brace as shown in the picture and ensure the velcro is in the correct position to stick to the velcro on your boot flap velcro.
You can fold up the bottom of your pants to expose the velcro as shown or you can cut a slot in your pants and pull the velcro through. Then simply lock the velcro all together in top of your boot and enjoy an entire day of riding with your knee brace staying in the correct position.
