This past weekend I went to Montana for the NCAA Western Regional Cross Country Championships. My team placed 12th out of 30 team but the bigger news was my number one girl was the individual champion.

So now we are on to NCAA National Championships in FLorida Nov 19th. (which sadly means I will miss the race at Sunrise on the 20th i think....unless we fly home sat night).

So it was a bummer to miss Vet Worlds but 100% worth it to see her win.
