Just heard that Arnie crashed at Hollister today and broke 2 bones in his neck C1 and C2. I talked to him and he can move everything and is waiting to see if he needs surgery or not. Keep him in your prayers if you do that sort of thing. Ill keep you posted as I or anyone else gets more info Thanks.

Kathy says there going to do surgery. Hes been immobilized and there moving him to a different hospital.

Good thoughts and prayers are being sent out on your behalf. Arnie is a tough guy and I'm sure he'll be fine. Keep positive.

I just talked to Arnie. Hes waiting for them to go into surgery and do a clean up on the c-1for the cracks c-2 is ok . He says its no big deal hes fine Doesn't know how long he will be there. But was bummed because he won the first moto and was feeling good on his bike. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

Dave Blunk and I were with Arnie up until the air transport can to transfer him to another hospital. He was in good spirits, but bummed about his season being over.
He had no other injuries other than his neck.
Arnie's a tough dude, he'll be back!!

I was in Arnie's race, saw him swap out down the straight out of turn 1, it looked as if he got it under control, I was on the inside and it seems he must have hit a late breaking bump and flew over the berm, just caught him flying out of the corner of my eye.
