I hope Rick gets well soon.
Because I still need to thank him for helping me stay motivated enough to keep that Red plate off Arnie Davis's bike for next year!

Bay guys need love to and your the nicest guy I've ever raced against.
Hopefully it's not your ACL.

i heard through Di that that he tore his MCL and they are taking some time to see how it shapes up. Depending on what the MDs say they may have to work on the MCL and the Meniscus or hopefully just the Meniscus (arthroscopic).
