Current Tags for what?  What kind of tags?  Medical Insurance or Auto Insurance?  Please advise.

I'm pretty sure everything is auto related (tags for your car, truck, etc.  and proof of auto insurance).

Can you get in there coming from the 58???  (without going all the way over to the 14 and going down)  If so, what's the best way?  If not, then I guess the people coming from the high desert should go as if they're going to AV Motoplex and just keep going up on the 14.

MUST ENTER AT MAIN GATE, (west gate)

You can take  HWY 138 past Wrightwood and Lancaster/Palmdale then up the 14.

Alright, thanks JP.  Yeah, that's the way I go up to AV Motoplex...I'll just keep going after that.

Just the vehicle you are in and the driver of said vehicle.

Sorry to be a pain.
If we are coming from the south, are you sure that the only way to get in is through 14? Seems like 58 would be a better access... From the map.
I just wanted to be clear. (It represents a large detour for guys with gas hungry vehicles.)
You are saying that there is no access allowed from the 58?
Thanks, and sorry of being hard of hearing. ::)

Frank, you are correct. Looks like 58 is faster. We are coming from San Diego to. Dan, Dave, Pete and George.

Depending on what is easier for you, once you guys get closer you can either go the 57 to the 210 to the 5 to the 14, or the 15 to the 138 to the 14.  Since I'm near the 215 I just take that until it runs into the 15 and then go up that until it hits the 138 turnoff in the middle of the pass.  Then I just go on the 138 past LACR until it runs into the 14.
