Just a reminder that we will be holding our National this weekend at Glen Helen.
We will be running up and down Shoei Mt., up and down Mt. Saint Helen and up and down Yamaha Hill.......just like the Factory boys!
It is a two day National, so you can race both Saturday and Sunday or just one of the days. $35.00 per day or $70.00 for both.
We will have our other OTHG chapters in attendance, Reno, Sierra, Bay and our new chapter the Central Valley. Let's do them a favor and make sure they do not win too many trophies and have to haul all that weight back up North. So we need all the South chapter guys to show and race, to make sure the trophies stay down here. :o)
Sign up @ 7:00 am
Practice @ 8:00 am
1st race @ 9:30 am
Hope to see ya there!
Regards,
The OVER THE HILL GANG MOTOCROSS RACING CLUB Team.

and how did Blix get those tickets to be lucky?
Blix only won the 50 because he rubbbbbbed his tickets on Tami, Laurie & Sandy chest after he bought the tickets. I guess he got goooooooood luck.

Great time as always. We sure know how to throw a National. Great weather, awesome racing, the food was good, the raffle was entertaining to say the least. Great job Jeff on the new bike, the Oasis was booming with Lesters rock and roll and good times shared with friends close and our friends far.
The board, scorekeepers, the raffle table girls (Tami and Lori), the trophy girl Hailey and the Texas Lil's girls all did a fabulous job this weekend
For everyone who bought pictures Thank You and I hope you enjoy them.
Took over 3000 pict this weekend hopefully get through some by mid week will have some more pictures at Edwards from the National.

Thanks to the board for doing such a great job! The program stayed right on time and I think we all appreciate that. The barbecue was great as were the prizes at the raffle...just wish I could have won something. >:( 😀
Congrats to all the winners and a good job to everyone else who attended. The "G"s were definitely in force this weekend! As for me, I wish I could have won, but a 2nd place overall for me at a Glen Helen national? Come on, that's as good as a win considering my previous track record! At least I tied Jim Wentz on total points for the weekend so it doesn't get much closer than that.
Good job everyone! Thanks for the great weekend! 🙂

Great Job Jeff! I enjoyed watching you FAST guys run around the track. J Wentz, Tapout (shaun Condon) and Mr. Menace Tom Ernsdorf. What a great competitive group the 38+ Intro's had. Hats off to my little brother (Tapout) for a podium and a third place-terrific run on the Menace backed CRF 250 out of Santa Barbara CA. I think riding a 250 on this track is very tough against the likes of the 450-you are working against Raw horsepower and the hills it goes to show you the skills it takes to ride a 250 with out letting off very much. You have to really work and ride alot harder as many of you may know. Great Job Men!
Jeff H You did darn good , and you should be proud you were untouchable Saturday, keep up the good riding.. Congrats To Jim wentz , great starts and strong finishes.. I myself reached my goal this weekend with getting on the podium, I told myself over a month ago thats what I wanted to accomplish, my job is done , and I want to thank all the board members making Glen Helen the best National I have ever raced ,,, I did have to hide out from the oasis party, I had to be running on all cylinders to get close to MR WENTZ on race day ..... ;D ;D ;D
What a great weekend! Great job to all of the Board members and others who helped to make our national the best! Things went so smooth, the raffle was good (probably cause I won a few goodies and got my moneys worth) and the food was excellent as well. I am so pumped up to get my first moto win nonetheless at The glen helen national as well as in the 45 Novice class - where the best of the best in my class come to race. After Yukon Jack buzzed by me on Sat. 2nd moto and checked out-best I ever seen that guy ride-Great Ride Mr. President. I decided today to take no prisoners. Wow I am still in shock. After being at a disadvantage on that long Talladega with my Menace Backed Crf 250, I decided I could just try and go down the hills faster, since the dynamics change a bit. What a rush and loved the track layouts both days. Had a great time with camping with the man they call Bob Rocket Reed, Cecil Barba, Charles L. Cook, The Real Deal, Vincenzo Humberto Rodriguez Ramos, Sir Larzalot and family, Tapout. Oh yeah Jeff Blix my wife isnt allowed to hang out with you anymore either.....LOL. She had a fun time though and so did the Tillster....BELLLLLLLLLLLLAAAA!!! And I just love those dogs.
I too avoided the OASIS, man how can those guys party like that and ride they way they do the next day. I as in bed both nights before 10:00 pm.
See you all at Edwards Sunday!
Yes, Shaun rode awesome! Considering he is at a power disadvantage and we are going up those big hills, he was really moving! Good job Shaun on the 3rd place overall. 🙂
I also want to mention a great job to Fred Winemiller. If it weren't for that one bad moto, he would have been right there in the points. Good job Fred! I'm sure you'll be up there next time. 🙂
Jeff
Fred looked real good as well, we had a good 38 int class.. Cecil Barba finished on the podium , and he even had a wash out , and still hung in there for 3 rd over all good job Cecil .. Larz was railing the berms looking good on his menace crf 250, allot of G s came home with awards. Marc C looked like he was on a 450, , nice ride marc, stealing the show in that second moto today for a win On a CRF 250 , ..... 😉
Party all the time at the Blix Oasis with Ricky James Stewart. This was the theme song for this weekend and its a crackup.
