More to come 😉
Yeah, I've been looking at the detailed weather forecasts and for now it looks like we will be OK. This weekend we will have Santa Ana conditions from about Sunday afternoon through Tuesday and then start to transition into more "seasonal" weather. The following weekend we shouldn't have any major winds to deal with, at least not like the nightmare we had on Sunday last year. Keep your fingers crossed...

Last year was an absolute night mare. The only good thing about last year is I hadn't purchaed mynew RV so I had a rental from cruise america and did't really have to deal with the mess. How many of your kids left their helmet bags and gloves in the back of your truck last year and had to buy new ones? :-
How many people needed to get a new windshield like me? It's all part of the fun!!! ;D

Hello everyone, this is Jeff's wife Karen,
re: the fire in San Bernardino it was off the 215/Baseline exit off H street. It was a storage unit initally that caught on fire last night. The 215 north of the 10 was closed temporarily this morning, since the wind was carrying embers across the freeway towards businesses along the freeway, all this was north of Chaparral Cycle Supply. That area is not near Glen Helen. So thank goodness our beloved Chaparral and Glen Helen were not in harms way. A guy at my work, lives in north San Bernardino at the base of the mountains and had to find an alternate route to get to work this morning. He drives south on the 215 every morning to get to Riverside, so thats how I had first hand knowledge. I know this is a BIG concern to everyone. I spoke with him tonight and he was able to drive home, no problems!!
Stay safe!!
Thanks for the info Karen 8) Dallas Raines predicts no wind and a nice weekend 🙂
