I was just looking at the weather for Tulare this weekend, and its not looking to good. I see rain Saturday and Sunday. Has a National ever been rained out?
Maybe Tommy Pearl can shead some light on what the weather will be.

The forecast says showers, hopefully that just keeps the track nice and tacky without the need for a water truck.
If it looks bad I'm sure it will be cancelled in the next day or two before riders leave home for the weekend.

Here are some pics from yesterdays forecasted shower day. Here to hoping the weathermen are wrong again.
This is the Track after .33 in on Friday alone. Rick did not fire up the water truck and we actully had dusty sections.
