When does it usually get posted? I have scheduling conflicts the last 2 local races and am hoping for an early January race.

Eric,
We normally don't have any races scheduled for early in January, the first race is normally end of January or first week in February.
Your current VP is probably in the process of nailing down a few dates for the first quarter of 2012. When he has something confirmed, thats when it will be posted.
