I'm thinking of going to Hollister for the Bay National, it would be my first National, do I need an I.D. card or something to verify my eligibility?

Ira, if you have a stock pipe just repack it and you should be fine.

I no longer have the stock pipe. I have a 05 CRF450r bike with a pro circuit pipe. I think I am going to call pro circuit and see what they say. They going to tell me to buy a new pipe.I'm still wanting to know how they test it anyway.

They test with a db meter. You must be 99 and below. If you have the cone tip on your PC you should be ok just re pack the silencer if you haven't done it lately.

I bought the pipe and just stuck it on. Not sure what you mean by cone tip. It has a end cap held on by three bolts. I just took out the spark arrestor.
