2020 South National Refunds ...

For those who are due a refund for their 2020 South National registration with not racing at the OTHG Shootout weekend, we are now being required to send them out via check.  Our registration provider, Red Podium, is not allowing refunds for registrations that are more than 120 since the registration was made.

I had previously submitted refunds but was not directly notified directly from RP about the non-refund.  With a prompting from a member who had requested a refund but hadn't received it, I looked up what the status was and found an automated note indicating the 120 day limit.

On behalf of your South chapter board members, I apologize for this situation which has delayed the remaining refunds.

It's been a crazy year indeed! I want to thank all our members and guests for their patience with this year's covid impact over track closures, changing schedule and now this!
