Mechanic Monday, Tip of the week... cross contamination.
So what does raw chicken and your sockets have in common? The answer is cross contamination.
Be it a simple job on your engine like replacing clutch plates or a complex job like splitting the cases. You are working in an area where a tiny bit of dirt can damage bearings and other parts. Take a look inside your sockets and see if they could use a bath before sticking them inside your engine and leaving bits of dirt inside.
Stay greasy my friends
