Mechanic Monday Tip of the week…. Loose spokes.

When you find loose spokes be sure to look for other possible causes then they simply loosened. This inspection is especially important on bikes that the spokes have already taken a good seat. If you find a spoke loose inspect the hub for cracks and the rim for dents and other damage that might have caused the spoke (s) to loosen before you tighten them. This is just another way your bike can tell you that a much bigger issue is about to spoil your day.
