As the bylaws state, the VP takes on the president's position if the acting president steps down.
I will accept the position until the end of the year at which time I will no longer be on the board, as I have informed the board, before all of this happened, that because of my job I can't be a board member next year. We still have some good races for the rest of the year and I'm sure next year will be better, once all the covid nonsense is over.
