That sucks, but it is the right call.

I assume the pre-entry for this race will automatically go to July or do we expect a refund?

The pre entry monies is all going toward the July race.  Gate picks will remain as they were.

All do we really want to be racing in July when it is hotter than hot? Is there any talk of just putting us back at the end of the National series like we used to be, end of October I believe?
