Mechanic Monday... Tip of the week
So how is your memory?
While working on the bike I often see little things like a small plastic clip that is damaged, a worn spacer or a bad screw. Then when I go to get parts, memory fails and you guessed it I forget the little items. What works for me is a small note pad and pen that is kept on the work bench. When I see something that needs to be replaced It only takes a second to write a quick note on the pad and before long there is a list of $3 parts. That can be now be remembered to order.
