Rule Change for 2020

One of the National rules that will be changed for 2020 is the following:

If you are promoted to a higher skill level prior to the 4th National based on promotional points, you will now be in 4th place, with your point total not to exceed 3rd place.

Why do I bring this up?  For those of you that enjoy racing the Nationals and are on the bubble of promoting based on promotional points, you might want to consider "self-promoting" into your next class at the start of the year.
