I will not be there. I will be in Mammoth riding my bicycle and running. In fact I will not be back on my mx bike until sept. Aug 27th is my Ironman so until then no riding mx and lots of training.

I will be at the race on the 20th though to say hi and sell goggles i think 🙂

G.H. track Thursday practice was a good fast layout , so much fun .
May have met a future OTHG new member for the 60 year old class.
Looking forward to race GH on December 3rd.

Heading out tomorrow going to run the main track with the old dudes. Can't wait for August 20th

Thanks Scotty, That was some fun racing and I really like the new track layout as they made it so much safer then the track was for the SoCalMX (Not the old-timers) series Races a few weeks ago.
  My ribs are still sore from crash at Gorman ... can't take a deep breath.
  I certainly hope that the Gang puts more Glen Helen main track , in the schedule for next year, Even better if they can get our national back at GH one year on and one year off.
Similarly, is when the Sierra chapter sets their race at Turlock - Oatfield and every four or five years we go to Hangtown which makes it nice to mix it up a bit.

I believe the Sierra National race will be at Hangtown next year.
Think the plan is to alternate each year going forward.

We have a race at DT1 coming up on the 6th if anyone would like to run up a bit north.

---------------------------If the 6th is August .Darn already planned for a GH race with SOCALMX on the main track and the "Who" concert that evening in the SF Valley.
But, please keep us posted on future DT1-Porterville or that new track west of 5 freeway on HWY 58 out of Bakersfield (like to race those).
