Sierra National Update & Push

Good Morning Gang,

Wanted to give you all a heads up concerning the national. We are sitting around 160 pre entry including support. This is a little lower than normal and I would assume it is from the uncertain weather we have had. FYI; The weather outlook shows great weather for the national weekend so get your entry in! Pre-Entries close this Friday and you don't want to miss out on a chance to win a special prize valued at $500 for all those that pre-entered!

REP racing is turning up the heat a bit for this event as well! They have ordered in some special goodness to mix into the soil, and they are pulling out all the stops and prepping the track to run Big Moe and Oak Tree Hill. As well as a few other surprises for us!

Thanks to our sponsors, the Raffle will have over 20K worth of prizes and Steve has set up a meal fit for a king! The menu will consist of BBQ Chicken & Pork, Chicken Apple Sausage, Green Salad, Cowboy Beans, Green Beans, Red Potatoes, and Rolls. The T-Shirt Design is one of the best I have seen and the ladies Tanks have a little added touch and class this year thanks to the Weathersbee Ladies and Neil Romero. Todd and Wiley Printing have ensured our program is beyond awesome and is something you would see at a professional event! What about the trophies you ask??? Lets just say that Mike Petrunt the master fabricator and owner of AW Manufacturing has gone out of control with the design and manufacturing of these completely amazing trophies! To say they are one off is an under statement and the attention to detail and time put into these handcrafted metal sculptures are beyond words!!!! I would attach a photo, but I want to leave a little element of surprise, plus only the top 3 in each class will get one of these.
