National Totals

Hope they get  more people awesome track if you have never been there it's well worth the drive  ;D 8)

I would guess that many potential racers are waiting for a clear weather forecast before committing to this race.

Just got an update from Jason on the national. I'm a bit surprised on some of the totals to date...

This years national will be awesome as always! New venue, Over 12K in raffle prizes, Gary P on the Mic, Great Food, First national of the year, etc etc.... Get your entry in and hope to see you there!

Sierra OTHG - 41
South OTHG - 17
Bay OTHG - 15
Valley OTHG - 4
Reno OTHG - 2

Total = 79

  The South and Reno total is no surprise. Not sure how the membership is with the Valley guys but i expected way more than 4. The biggest surprise is the Bay! They usually have 40+ or so. I see they are 100 members short this year compared to last year. How is it 100+ bay guys can show up to a local but only 15 for the National so far? Well there is still some time left hope the numbers go up Hang town is a pretty fun and challenging track. Also it looks like Combining Nationals points with Chapter points isn't getting more South members to the Nationals now is it!

Hey Matt. No. I'm not very fond of hang town. If it was at oatfield then yea I'd go. For those of you that don't like Glenhelen well you might not like Hangtown either. It does get rough and deep ruts but if you haven't been you should go and experience it yourself. Who knows if you'll get another chance to race on another National track other than glenhelen. That's just my opinion.

Sure is one heck of a drive, not sure I'm going to make it just yet.

Any carpool opportunity's?  It is a trek  8)
