Unfortunately due to rain the first race of the 2016 OTHG Winter Series has been cancelled. We look forward to seeing everyone at REM on Feb 14, 2016.

sweet.... why I was checking in on that now, says 100% chance.... that mud would be nasty to race....
so just cancelled? or try to makeup another time???

Rained in the morning in Agoura - Thousand oaks area all day till maybe 3PM.
Just curious anyone notice the rain schedule in riverside / track yesterday ?
A racer was at the track and posted on facebook no rain at 11AM.
Really wanted to ride .But it was coming down cats and dogs at times plus windy at times.

I was at Milestone all day Sunday. It was Great not a drop of rain in sight. :-
You should have come out & rode.

@11:00 AM , I read there was no rain. I am guessing the track is under water by the early afternoon.
Good news... looks like no rain for REM's race, so far, in the forecast.

Milestone posted a pic around 10 or 11 and the parking lot was soaked not a car in sight just tracks leaving.

OK...a good decision to cancel the race then.A sand track we maybe could have raced in a light rain.
But, this track is like Elsinore, Star west is cut and dry .Rain on it means no race.Not fun if your sliding off the face of a jump sideways.

No but similar to my fall when I took the wrong line (ooops) threw the water puddle.
Maybe Lucky no photographers out and about that day.
