hey bob who pissed in your Wheaties. i do give back and help out but what have you done lately. this is not a pissing contest to see who does what.
i am a little offended with this.. what did i deserve to get a slap out of this? remember you can affect change in a positive way without having to be on the board..

I was a board member for two years and I revived a nearly dead holeshot. It was not magazine quality but I got it out every month and on time. Sometimes it takes a leap into a thankless position to really know what comitment is about.

Hey Everyone,
Danny DeLeon has contacted me about the web position.
He rode a few times with us this year as a support rider and will be joining in 2013 (He turns 30 in 2013). He works with Wesley in the IT department at the VA and is very qualified to handle the position. He is young and ambitious and loves our club.
I have asked him to show up to the Dec meeting and REM (he is still injured) and introduce himself.
Let's do our best to welcome him as a new member and help him along as he takes over the responsibilities of Web Director.
I realize that this is more of an appointment rather than an election , but since the position was open, there really isn't anything to vote on. Art and I discussed this over the weekend and both agreed that this was OK.
