Hi everybody,
   
    Im still in bed. i got sum brusied ribs, soft tissue, alot of swelling, whole left side is black and blue, and its swollen. My already bad shoulder is hurting and is swollen also and i dont know the status of it yet. All and all it was a fun day considering and im hoping ill be out ridng in a month or two. Thanks for the support and coming out. I try to rent the track out a couple times a year and i will keep everyone posted for the next ride day. Its a bummer everytime i go riding and get into riding shape, i seem to get hurt and this is the second year in a row it has happen. Maybe the club can add a class for injured riders only..lol.
