Loving Life

Had an absolute blast today! The weather and conditions could not have been more perfect for the first loop. It was awesome getting Curt back on the bike, he was so happy to ride again and did great. The rain really started coming down as Curt and I were pulling out so I'm glad you guys got another run in. A little mud ridin is good for ya! We will do it again soon, I can't wait.  Marty

Sounds like thinks are well in the Turney household.........so glad to hear, it has been awhile since weve seen any of the Bakersfeild boys and hope to see you guys soon.

I know what you mean,Took my 19 yr old Son to Tulare with me yesterday,He never has riden a track before,always just the trails.Well not too many people were there and it seemed we had the track to ourselves.Rode side by side for about 20 laps and just had a field day,some times I'd just ride behind Him just to admire him.With Kids these days they just seem to have such a busy life(college,girls,etc)that they dont have a whole lot of time for the Old Man.
Track was great ... But the time spent with him was Priceless

How you doing buddy? It's time to hook up for a ride sometime. I changed positions here at work so the rotating 12 schedule is gone. Strictly Monday through Friday now, so weekends are more open. Give me a call sometime and lets hook up, track or trail. Since I get off at 3 now we could hit Porterville or Tulare after work as well.

This weekend has been another great weekend which included my Wife, kids and grandkids one day and some of my OTHG friends and motorcycle riding another.  Yesterday was going with my Kids to take my Grandkids to Magic Mt for their first time.  Watching their faces, seeing their smiles and hearing their stories on the way home makes for some great memories.  Today, my Son who took time out of his schedule and away from his family to spend some time with his Old Dad and some good friends to ride our motorcycles was totally awesome.  He's getting ready to have his 1st baby so I knew it was going to be awhile before we'd get another chance.  Marty, Dennis, Curt James, believe it or not, myself my Son and his friend went to Balinger to ride some trails up there.  We had a great day.  The weather was great.  Got a little rain and some hail which made some good mud, but that never stopped us.  It sure is good to see you guys again.  Curt you did great riding today.  I hope you feel just as good tomorrow when the soreness sets in ha ha.  Dennis, thanks for organizing the rides and getting us all together.  Marty thanks for the ride you took us on.  That was a lot of fun too.  Looking forward to the next trip.  Where's it going to be??????
