Now that the South Pre entry is closed it's time to start getting info out on our National.

Ok its time to get information out for our race!
I would ask any questions be posted on this thread and any members of any chapter are welcome to do so.
Also feel free to call me at 559-871-5480 with questions if you like.
We have always done a ton of communication prior to our event and will continue to do so.
This is the last race for Bay,Sierra and Valley chapters and we are thankful to host you all.

Here are the key things to help you plan your weekend.
1 Race Dates are November 12th and 13th.
2 There will be a practice on Friday the 11th from 9-2 $25**tip very short practice sessions Sat/Sun**
Tcp is open 4 days a week and there are 6 weeks between the south National and our event you may want to make the trip.
We also usually have a dbl secret practice for Gangsters after open practice the Sunday before our race
3 You can arrive starting Thursday afternoon. The gates will not close and camping is FREE
4. The Gate fee is $10 a day kids 10 and under Free(bring the kids we have a track to keep them busy!)
5 Entry opens OCT 3RD. Femur is sending an email with the entry form to the V members and the board of each chapter along with a link on our site.
6 Five Star is again doing up our food. They are awesome and always asked for.

7 We will have both a Womens Class and a Two Stroke Open support.
8 Something new! We are also giving you a bonus to pre order Raffle tickets. Instead of 25 for $20 you get 30!!
You can also choose when you want to redeem your tickets if you are not ready at checkin. We will give you a coupon to use when you are ready. The coupon will be in an envelope with your food ticket in your tee shirt bag.
9 Every Class will have at least 3 awards and larger at least 5 like last year.
10 Grand Prize will be a mountain bike valued at the 1k mark!
11 I will update the preentry list and post on each forum appx once a week.
12 Average high temp in mid November is 64 Degrees evening will be cool in the upper 40s.
13 As in the past we will start the food midway through the motos saturday so we do not stack up and can get the Raffle completed before dark.
14 We start race day practice at 7:30 to save daylight**
15 All riders regardless of chapter must have two rides their proper class prior to the event with out the ok from all five chapters.
If you do not. Do not miss a fun weekend and just race the support class that best fits your ability.
16 Make sure you have the proper backgrounds-if you do not because of a promotion(bump)please just have your Race Director inform us.
17 We are working on Details to have the South Chapter score our race with the AMB transponder system.
We will have rentals available.
18 No Flys!! ok maybe a couple hell were next to a sewer farm 😉
19 Little if any water needed! Now thats awesome! Rick will build a great track.
20 Hotel Do a quick search and you will find Comfort Suites La Quinta inn etc.
21 Close food can be found at the new Pilot travel center. they have a Micky Ds and Subway and beverages...
Time out Pizza will also have discount coupons for Friday night in your check in bag.
Hope that helps and we look forward to a great race to end some of your season point races.
We also are happy to get you all out of the heat and give you a better race enviroment

Hi Tim,
I have a question regarding the two stroke open support, will it be open CC or open to all age groups?
Thanks
Pete
