Mammoth MX track/possibly more racing-need your help

Hey guy's,.....DangerousDave here! No, I'm not dead yet. Still alive and well and racing up here in the Nevada and Nor Cal areas.

Will be coming down to take names and race with you all soon, but the reason I write to you today is that there's always a possibility that we can get the Mammoth track open again for use other than the regular, scheduled race event held in the spring.

Myself along with others are resuming talks with the town, forestry department and the BLM to possibly get the track open for more than just the Mammoth Motocross. This means that maybe we can have racing of our own, have other clubs being able to hold scheduled racing, nationals and practice events again here in Mammoth.

But as usual there will always be opposition. Help us fight back with your support by returning an email stating your intrest in the track reopening along with your Name, email address, and if possible -your phone number (or other contact numbers) and your physical address so we can submit this information to the entities that have controll of the track now. Your information and emails will be given as a petition when we go to these scheduled meetings.

There are other clubs and other entities that are involved and also others that are doing the same in order to stop all the dumb sh-t and get this track open again. Who they are and what they are doing to help will be posted as soon as I get the permission to.

This is what we understand as of right now is that the track is closed due to a 1993 Deer migration report and nothing else. I could be misinformed to all the information so don't hold me to it.

If you know of others who are racing or are in the industry who could provide us with the same intrest's and personal information it would be great. As soon as I heal from my last get off, I'll meet up with you all at the races. YEH, some things haven't changed. If your not holding the throttle wide open your not trying hard enough-at least that's what my orthopedic surgeon says.(I pay for all his vacations) Can't wait to hear from you all very soon.
