It seems like we've all said this one wrong at times, so I thought I might clear this up.  Here's what dictionary.com says:

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/tulare

If you click on the speaker symbol you can listen to how it is supposed to be pronounced.  It's basically like saying:  "To Larry".  Just FYI...

I am glad that we cleared that up.
We would not want to show up there and sound like out we were not from there.
But the "G" may give us away...

( Do they have different customs? Should we bring a passport? )

I will try to pronounce it with out "ze" french accent, I certainly don't want to be singled out.

Thanks for the photos.!

Did the track owner prep and widen the track for your practice so it will be
better for our race this  year?

Thanks, Tim.  Sounds good.

Not really any wider but a more fun layout that does allow more passing spots.
Fairly low key with a couple sections that will keep you on your toes. Like any narrow track following can get you caught up in someone mistake.

You just have to pick your spots to pass and not make a bad decision before a wide open straight or multiple line corner.
There are a couple corners that are tight and only a couple lines. There are other corners that you can take tight/wide/square up.
Practice Friday afternoon will help those who take advantage of it..
Pay attn to the Dbl/Dbl/Dbl Section before you hit it at a fast pace.(site lap is a great idea)
First set is really just a single with a long landing,Second Dbl no problem, then a good blip and the last dbl is cleared.

The Starting gate is right at the entrance to the park now.
Slight uphill then a right in to an easy step up table then a simple table then a left.

38 nov laps should be in the 1:55-2:00 minute range.
