The dream is over.

  To all Concern, I regret to inform you that we were unsuccessful at the February 10th Court Trial. Judge John Torribio of the Los Angeles Superior Court has issued a Ruling against the Sun Valley MX Track and in favor of the LA City Council regardless of the Sun Valley Neighborhood Council, Zoning Administer,and North Valley Area Planning Commission's granting of our proposed motocross park.

        The Judge's decision is final.There will be no Track.

        I want to take the time to personally THANK each and every person who participated in this long endeavor which started in 2004. Thank you to those who simply told friends and family about the Track, to those who took the time to sign petitions, send letters and e-mails, help with sound checks, drive to and wait long hours to attend and/or speak at the many public hearings, and all of you who were there in body or spirit, for the long duration, in our collective hard fought fight for a local motocross Track.

      It was your overwhelming support that gave me the conviction to go to the extreme in trying to open the Sun Valley MX Track. Also, without your individual and collective efforts the Sun Valley Neighborhood Council,the Zoning Administer, and North Valley Area Planning Commission would never have considered or granted there approval of the Track.

                    I sincerely thank you for your help.
