hey thanx everybody, I felt all the good vibs
had the surgery tuesday afternoon, wed up walking & released this morning
felt so good that I drove home, stopped for a rack (coors), the new Hulk movie & the meds, which I havn't needed any yet
& I feel great!
Brand new hip & I'll be ready to go here shortly
Dr. Matta is the MAN!

Its Karen, Jeff's wife..... Jeff Hamblin that is........anyway, I'm so glad to hear you found your lucky ticket after we  looked for it on Sunday.  Good thing I noticed it was missing, that was definitely a "good luck" charm for you to take with you to surgery.  I didn't see you after the races, so I never knew if you found it or not, until now.  Hope to see you up and around soon!!  No meds, what a tough guy you are!!  Personally I think motocross riders are the toughest guys!!

it deffinetly made me feel stronger inside knowing I was packn' my lucky ticket with me going into surgery

I'm already up & around & have had a smile on my face since the surgery
we're staying home this weekend but we'll see you at the following race
you all will be surprised at how much better I look & feel

I don't know about the tough guy thing
but I do know that I'm a motocross racer & will continue to be one as long as I can
