One question....
If I run my earned number next year will my #159 be protected until the following year?
Good Question. I am curious as well....as I would like my #765 to be protected for 2013 if that is possible?

That's a great question. As a added bounus to achieving a top 25, three digit numbers should be protected. The number of folks running a "earned" number is minimal, plus the need for those numbers being needed isn't an issue.
As we only protect the twenty five now can we do that.

I'll keep 111 for next year........................
When are we able to send in a 2012 membership application?

Hey Gang,
We now have the membership application available for 2012. The best way to reserve your number is to get your application in early.
Those of you that have earned a top 25 number can send in your application with your established number (that you would like to reserve) and then run your earned number for 2012. That way you get to keep the number you had/want. If you do this, make sure you note on the application what your earned number is, and make sure at AV that you inform the race director (not the score keepers) so that the stats guy can keep track of all of your earned points for the year.
Thanks
Pete
