We need moderators that think this place needs moderation, which you are not.........correct?

No, there some issues that need to be in the non public area and some that can stay in the regular forum. I also believe that some posts should be locked at a certain point and only the member should delete their posted unless that individual provokes violent or discredit the club or member in anyway.

You and Chuck are not the type of individuals we are looking for, feel free to ask for a topic to be moved or a post deleted, we will have plenty of members to do that for you.

Gonna be a mod? Yes or No?

I'm looking for 5 to 10 members plus the board to mod. Mostly members who have a problem with the tone in here..........they can set a tone they are comfortable with, since nobody seems to know exactly what that is.

Shouldnt next years board ( Web Guy ) choice the new moderaters. You have so much on your plate Jimmy maybe we should let the new  adminastration run with it.

This is an opportunity for those in the club that have issues with the forum, they can make it what they want to be or not be.

I have it open to the 2012 board guys and we have two so far.

Please remember that the moderator position is to maintain a healthy, positive conversation between others.
Sort of like a coach and referee at the same time.
As a moderator your posts should abide by a higher standard.
If we can get this forum always moving in a positive direction ,we can help the club tremendously.
