It's alway nice to ride with OTMX the  formate was perfect and made it nice to ride 4 moto's .and yes it was old school.

Its nice the way everyone helped out to make the day even better.

Great job once again to all the scorekeepers, Board members, and  Jim "The Gate Master" Pierce for his Gate duties-figured out his gate cues in the 2nd moto and rocketed out of the gate for a jeff blix type holeshot....I think????.  I had a great time and so did the kids riding around.  Great to see Larz riding very well and Chuck Cook was out on the track making a first time 2009 appearance-great to see you back Chucky. Also to Jeff Blix for motiviating me and rooting me on.  Was home before 4:00 pm (98 miles each way) since I was out of there right after my race (#2).  That was a first in a long while.  Looking forward to Tulare in the "family" jar.  And last but not least (as I pat myself on the back) I got my first overall in the premier 45 novice class.  It took me a whole year to get there but it was very exciting nonetheless.  ZZ top and his sidekick Don Reed are a tough bunch to battle.

I had a fun day even with my two get offs in the 45 novice class.  Thanks everyone for not mowing me down in the 2nd moto 2nd turn on my get off there.  But after getting up  I settled into a good ride.
First moto I looped it going up the big hill. That one was a little pricey but hey it wasn't my weekend at all.  Thank you Kurt Shraeder for the clutch lever it got me through the second moto.

  Pit Stop the next time you "pull into the Pits" remember to signal  ;D apparently I ran into the back of you and tipped over  😮 Got going pretty fast and battle royale'd with Steve Landsberg  8)  8) Had another one in my 4th moto fun day can't wait to race there again.

HEy Chucky thanks for the heads up  I will remember to signal next time.  But thanks  I believe I scored atleast a 9.5 on my dismount.  No injuries so it was a good day.

Chucky I forgot to say thanks for giving up the inside line in moto one. It was good for me.
Tho my new oversized alpinestars didnt help any in second moto, look at things for sale, sorry.

Great day seeing all the G's... Fun seeign the So Cal guys... always enjoy racing with them....I had a blast finally got just a bit of go go go back in me and got to dice for a few laps with the Big Dog... BUMP Bump.... race commitee take notes...  and that Big guy Mike Osenberg??  Man we hooked bars all the way down the start straight.... then Big Art "which way am I going" Flores... decided he wanted to start in my gate I think ( he musta been at that Party...).... real fun and big yell out to my "brother from another mother" big D man Foster for joining us for the day....oh yeah and Mike "the Shoe Green Thanks for not passing me in both motos...

good fun watching the fast guys go out there too... Larry and Alex always fun to watch....

Worst part was the Blow out on my Toy hauler on the way home.... made it a long journey.....

So now I am thinking about making the trek to Tooo Larry  gotta give that Marc Condon and those ZZ guys some competition...don't give me those inside lines.... 

We'll see...

Hey Mark had a great time out there too with you guys.  You looked great when I was rubbing next to you.  I thought shit this guy means business....you were bustin some nuts and  I was on the hunt as well.  After you get your surgery you will be ready for battle.  Go get it done and take off from the hot summer days of the Mojave desert/Riverside County tracks.  Yeah it was very cool to see Dennis "whiskey Throttle" Foster on the run there too theat guy can ride.  Mark go to Tulare you can hang out with my brother shaun, he is going to just hang out and camp.  He just wants to get out and talk to people since he as on crutches until just this week and is walking around now.  Later dude!!!!!
